Twitter wanted to get people talking…literally

After hosting the world’s thoughts, 140 characters at a time, Twitter wanted to break through the text wall, and give people an actual voice on their platform.

As the Content Designer and Strategist leading the project, I worked closely with the UX Research, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to strategize big-picture vibes, and execute down to the tiniest error message.

We got to work on creating a gathering place online that felt like your favorite dinner party: one that sends you home with a full belly, warm memories, and fresh inspiration for a new project or old hobby. I led naming workshops, defined voice and tone, creative directed on the swag pack, advised on user flows and graphic design, and, of course, wrote every piece of copy.
